COME INSIDE 04:28
It’s hard to find the right words to express The commotion that’s happening inside my head Turning head over heels, my world is spinning Don’t know where things end and the next are beginning Everything’s rushing and moving with haste Things all get shifted, knocked out of place I’m running, I’m stumbling, watching with despair As everything around me tumbles everywhere So I, I cry Come inside, come inside With things all turned over I’m starting to see Parts of myself that fill with me unease Things I had hidden have become exposed What I pushed to the bottom is starting to show Things that I watch, things that I hear So many habits I’ve built over years Things I believed that I had cast away When in truth I ignored them, allowed them to stay So I, I cry Come inside, come inside So I, I cry Come inside, come inside I have been finding that while I’m refining A light shines upon me see the darkest side of me Clean up seems and impossibility But if I call on You, You will refresh me So I, I cry Come inside, come inside So I, I cry Come inside, come inside

It’s not such a big city that I get lost inside Just all the buildings rising, blocking out my line of sight Stop me from getting bearings, stop me from keeping true Must amend this situation, only one thing I can do I’m gonna knock down the walls Gonna get to the other side I’m gonna see them crumble I’m gonna knock them down I’m gonna see them fall I’m gonna break, I’m gonna break down the walls Barriers they rise up, away on high A town that’s locked up, blocked in on all four sides Instead of going nowhere, I will pick up my tools I’ll pound with all my might, I’m gonna break through I’m gonna knock down the walls Gonna get to the other side I’m gonna see them crumble I’m gonna knock them down I’m gonna see them fall I’m gonna break, I’m gonna break down the walls I’m gonna see them crumble, I’m gonna see them fall I’m gonna see them crumble, I’m gonna break down the walls I’m gonna see them crumble, I’m gonna see them fall I’m gonna see them crumble, I’m gonna break down the walls I’m gonna knock down the walls Gonna get to the other side I’m gonna see them crumble I’m gonna knock them down I’m gonna see them fall I’m gonna break, I’m gonna break down the walls

SUPERMAN 03:07
Calling once again to say You just cannot make it today Let out a sigh, that’s alright Listen everything is cool Go do what you’ve got to do I’ll just stay home tonight But I’m no superman If you really try to hurt me you can I pretend to be tough so that nothing will touch me You should know I’m no superman Feeling like I’m back at school Where I would blend into the wall Picking teams, will it be my turn soon? Brush it off, it’s ok Don’t wanna be on your team anyway But really hoping I’m not the last one in the room Because I’m no superman If you really try to hurt me you can I pretend to be tough so that nothing will touch me You should know I’m no superman I don’t have thick skin And though I pretend So many things can get in I don’t have thick skin And though I pretend So many things can get in Because I’m no superman If you really try to hurt me you can I pretend to be tough so that nothing will touch me You should know I’m no superman

WHEN I WALK 03:24
When I walk through the Valley of the shadow of death I know There will be life And when I stand in the darkness with enemies surrounding There will be light When I feel like I’m falling, falling down I know you will be there, put me on solid ground I am claiming what is mine All good things in Jesus Christ The One who saved me and gave me life I am standing up in faith Going boldly, I am not afraid Living in the power of Jesus name, Jesus name When I am blinded, I've lost all sight You guide my feet When I toil in battle I will not retreat, I have the victory I am claiming what is mine All good things in Jesus Christ The One who saved me and gave me life I am standing up in faith Going boldly, I am not afraid Living in the power of Jesus name, Jesus name

MORE OF YOU 04:03
I’m tired of telling the same old stories Like they’re something I’m still going through I’m tired of singing the same old songs Like they’re something new If I’m honest, no longer pretend I’m wanting more of You, something fresh to sing about instead I’m wanting more of You I’m wanting more of You Something different, something new I’m wanting more of You More of You I’m tired of walking the same old roads With sights I’ve seen so many times before I’m tired of masks that make me look excited, inspired When I’m feeling bored If I’m honest, no longer pretend I’m wanting more of You, something fresh to sing about instead I’m wanting more of You I’m wanting more of You Something different, something new I’m wanting more of You More of You I’m tired of the desert, frustrated, impatient Feeling dry, want to be saturated I’m wanting more of You I’m wanting more of You Something different, something new I’m wanting more of You More of You

about

A simple summary of this EP is that it is your 20 minute I need to decompress album. The idea is you find a spot, turn in your MP3 player, close your eyes, and just listen.

Story behind the writing of it:
A couple of years ago I was sick with a fatigue virus. I essentially slept for around 9 months and ended up having to move back to my home town. This album was written as I was slowly getting healthy again. Throughout this process I learned a lot about my strengths, my weaknesses and what really matters to me.

about

Harriet Timaru, New Zealand

My earliest memory is sitting on my bedroom floor, making up songs about nothing and singing them loudly.

I'm not going to lie. I still make up songs about nothing and sing them loudly.

Now days I also take some time to write songs about what's on my heart. Less crazy ramble, and more expressing my thoughts on life and such.
